If items are left off of your order, or made incorrectly please call our dispatch center and we will work with you to get you the correct food items. This is the way that we have been instructed to conduct business per the Health Department.****
RidgeRunner does not ever set prices for restaurant menu items. ***All menu item prices are set by restaurant owners or managers. So if a 4 piece chicken finger basket costs $4.95... we did not set that price.***
What is RidgeRunner Takeout?
RidgeRunner Takeout delivers meals for restaurants that do not have their own delivery service.
Our delivery drivers all use insulated bags. They take the insulated bag into the restaurant, place the closed boxes of restaurant food into the insulated bag, take the bag to you and give you the food out of the insulated bag. (Important: We do not ever open, or inspect any food for any reason. It is the restaurants responsiblity to make sure your order is correct. If items are left off of your order, or made incorrectly please call our office and we will work with you to get you the correct food items.)
What areas are available for delivery?
RidgeRunner Takeout offers food delivery from partner restaurants in Blue Ridge, McCayesville, Copperhill and surrounding areas. We are local owners who love helping out our local restaurants!
How long does it take for a delivery?
We normally quote forty minutes to an hour for the average delivery. Some orders may take less time and others may take longer depending on the size of the order and which restaurants the order is from. Please be aware that we are working with some of the most popular restaurants in town and together we are working hard to provide the best customer service.
What Forms of Payment do you accept?
We accept Cash, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. (3% will be added to all credit card transactions)
***Please note: For safety reasons, we ask that our drivers do not carry large amounts of cash when delivering. However, if needed the driver will be more than willing to run to the nearest store and get correct change for you.
Can I cancel my order?
NO. Once the order has been sent to the restaurant, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact one of our operations managers to cancel any advanced orders.
WE DO NOT SET OR HAVE ANY INFLUENCE ON MENU PRICING FOR OUR PARTNERING RESTAURANTS. ALL PRICES ARE SET BY THE OWNERS OF THE RESTUARANTS AND NOT SET BY RIDGERUNNER TAKEOUT.
WE STRONGLY ENCOURAGE OUR RESTAURANTS TO OFFER DELIVERY AT THE SAME PRICE THAT YOU WOULD PAY IN-RESTAURANT, BUT IT'S ULTIMATELY THE RESTAURANTS DECISION.
IF A RESTAURANT DECIDES TO INCREASE THEIR MENU PRICES, IT'S USUALLY IN INCREMENTS OF 5%.
How do I remove specific ingredients or add special requests for an entree while using the online ordering service?
When you choose an item, there will be a customize order button. Click customize order and type which things you would like to remove or which special request you would like to add.

How do I get on your website for delivery?
The first step is to read through these FAQ, give us a call at 706-528-5792, email us firstname.lastname@example.org, or click on the Restaurant Owners link on our website and fill out the contact form.
How do you send orders to the restaurant?
When customers order on our website, we can send the orders to you via fax, email, direct point of sale integration, custome printers we install, or (most popular) via a restaurant owner app that we install on a tablet and give to you.
How do your drivers know where to go?
Our drivers download a special driver app on their phone which received the order, gives them the pick-up/drop-off time, directions to the restaurant and customers home, and more!
Will my food still be fresh when it arrives?
Absolutely! Our drivers all carry heavy-duty insulated bags to insure that your food stays as delishish as when it left your kitchen.
Who collects the money?
When we put your menu on our website, customers are able to checkout like any other e-commerce site. When we collect the money, we pay you once per week for your orders. (You also get a detailed report of the orders you've done).
How much does it cost us to partner with you?
We make partnership easy and affordable for any restaurant! We make 20% of every order (compare with national delivery services at 35% Plus!). We encourage you to keep your menu prices the same for delivery as in-restaurant, but not everyone has the ability to do that. You can choose from the following:
*Menu Price plus 0% *Menu Price plus 15%
*Menu Price plus 5% *Menu Price plus 20%
*Menu Price plus 10% *Menu Price plus 25%
Please keep in mind, the more orders you get, the more exposure you have to new customers. Also, many restaurants find that they can write off the discounted % as marketing...please speak to your accountant.
